Heart Gold and Soul Silver

It's been a while since I had spent this long on a digital painting, but doing this one was so much fun that I expect that I will be doing on soon again

I present the two mascots of the Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver versions: Ho-Oh and Lugia. I've drawn them here in the environments that you would find them in-game. For Ho-Oh: Ecrutreak City's Tin Tower, and for Lugia, a secret underground lake from which it emerges from a huge waterfall.

I've actually come to like both Ho-Oh and Lugia, although admittedly I was more of a Lugia fan at first. The newer Pokemon generations do have some nice designs, but I really think that the first two generations are the best.
